Introduction: Samsung Health app has a long history on Galaxy devices. It manages your fitness and health data. You can access these data across your devices (not limited to Galaxy devices) with your Samsung account. For example, you can sync data from Galaxy Watch to Galaxy S23 and automatically merge data collected by the phone. In the recent versions, more fitness and health tips are also provided.

Using Samsung Health
Open the Samsung Health app. When running this app for the first time or restarting it after performing a data reset, follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup.
To edit items on the Samsung Health home screen, tap → Edit home.

- Monitor your health and fitness.
- Manage your profile and check your health and fitness history.
- Compare your step count records with other Samsung Health users or compete with your friends.
- Check out health tips.
- Some features may not be available depending on the region.
- If you use the steps card while travelling by car or train, vibration may affect your step count.
