2.21 Galaxy Shop

Introduction: Galaxy Shop is only available in a few markets. Most of its functions and features are included in the Samsung Members app. Normally, if the Samsung Members app is available in your region, Galaxy Shop will not be available.

Note: do not confuse Galaxy Shop with Galaxy Store, which is an app store for Galaxy devices managed by Samsung. Galaxy Store was pre-installed on all Galaxy S23 phones.

Access the Samsung website and check various information related to products.

Open the Galaxy Shop app.

• This app may not be available depending on the carrier or model.
• This app may be named Samsung Shop, depending on the region.
