I forgot to mention in my message a couple minutes ago the phone I was most interested in (Samsung S23) but I would appreciate and answer on any of the top level phones – “Is it possible to completely remove the 5G antenna or at least disable it (yes I am aware that one can simply turn it off in the connections settings).

I guess it is beyond DIY. 5G antenna does not have any special issues with personal medical devices, as I know. So, normally, you can just disable 5G connection.
