I downloaded music from Amazon Prime to use as a ringtone. The files are on the phone but did not go into my music folder so I can't add them to the ringtones. Can anyone tell me what to do?
No, you can not use Amazon Prime music as ringtones. These music files are DRMed and only amazon music can play them. You should use normal mp3 or m4a files.
